Can I return my item?

Products purchased on the Hydro Flask website can be returned to Hydro Flask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

If you have purchased a Hydro Flask From one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

MyHydro Orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.

If you need to return an item, here's what to do:

  1. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from delivery date.
  2. Acquire an RMA Number by contacting our Consumer Service team using the form at Contact Us or register a return using our self-service Returns Portal.
  3. You can use the self-service return create page on our website at Track Your Order. If your return is within our 30 days return period, you will be provided a prepaid return ship label as well as packing slip document for your use.
  4. Please reference your order number for your HydroFlask.com Purchase.
  5. Clearly reference you RMA number that you acquired from our Consumer Care team.
  6. Please reference your order number from your HydroFlask.com purchase.
  7. Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  8. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  9. Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  10. Your credit card account will show the approved refund amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
